Applications |
Transition metal catalyzes asymmetric reactions (including hydrogenation and dimethylation). 2,2'-bis (diphenylphosphino) -1,1'-binaphthyl and its rhodium and ruthenium derivatives can be used as highly selective homogeneous catalysts for aryl ketones, β-keto esters and α- Reduction of amino ketones. It can also be used for asymmetric hydrogenation of olefins and hydroformylation reactions, asymmetric Heck reactions and asymmetric isomerization of allyl groups. Its Ag (I) complex can be used to catalyze the asymmetric aldol reaction between the olefinic acid and the aldehyde. The Ag (I) complex can also be used to catalyze the asymmetric heterogeneous Diels-Alder reaction of azo compounds |
